We recognize that life can be unpredictable. You can reschedule your session without penalty up to 24 hours before the event using the link provided in your confirmation.
We recommend comfortable layered clothing, shoes suitable for natural trails, and a reusable water bottle.It is essential, if possible, to limit the use of digital devices before arrival to facilitate mental disconnection.
Even a single 20-30 minute session can significantly reduce stress. However, the optimal threshold for lasting physical and mental benefits is about 120 minutes a week spent in green or blue spaces.
Our experiences are designed to experience nature in all its nuances. In the event of adverse weather conditions that compromise safety, we offer alternative indoor activities in spaces designed according to biophilic design principles, while still ensuring relaxation and regeneration.
