The Back 4 Nature® trademark is registered; any unauthorised use will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

The contractual and informational framework of the website has been drawn up in accordance with the following Italian and European legislative sources:
Travel Contracts: The offer qualifies as a Package Tour within the meaning of Legislative Decree No. 62 of 21 May 2018 (implementing EU Directive 2015/2302). This guarantees the traveller the organiser’s full liability for the proper performance of the services.
Right of Withdrawal: Please note that, pursuant to Article 59(n) of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw free of charge within 14 days is excluded, as these are services relating to leisure activities with a specific date of performance.
